Corporate Hot Lunches

May be delivered in hot boxes and served in disposable foil containers. Corporate service ware (good quality black glossy plastic ware - plates, knives, forks, white napkins and white disposable tablecloth) is available at $1.50 per person. If you prefer the food served in chafing dishes, please add 15% service charge.

All lunches include rolls, French bread, butter and your choice of Gourmet Catering House Salad with balsamic dressing or ranch dressing, house made herb-cheese croutons, or Caesar Salad.

  • Beef or Vegetable Lasagna - Classic beef lasagna or vegetable lasagna in a white parmesan cream sauce - $9.95 per person (choose one)

  • Spanish Chicken & Rice - Chicken baked with Spanish herbs & spices and classic Spanish rice - $12.95 per person

  • Apple Glazed Pork Loin - Center cut pork loin roasted with apples and glazed with an apple demi glace, served with chef's choice vegetables & roasted potatoes - $12.95 per person

  • Beef Stroganoff - Tender cuts of beef in traditional Stroganoff sauce & served over egg noodles - $12.95 per person

  • Shrimp & Vegetable Alfredo - Tender shrimp & fresh vegetables tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce with Penne pasta - $12.95 per person

You may choose from our signature salads (listed below), for an additional $2.00 per person. If you have a luncheon event for a minimum of 50 guests, you may wish to order from our dinner entrée menu and deduct $5.00 per person.

Chinaware, silverware, linens for the food tables and linen napkins are available for $5.00 per person. Linens for guests' tables are additional.
