Create your own a la carte Appetizer Menu:
      Minimum order of 25 people.

Prices can vary depending on your selection,  number  of people, market fluctuations etc.,
We will assist you with your selection and cost the menu out for you. 
The total cost of your appetizer selection will vary and depends on what items you order and how many appetizers are required per person, if all you wish to serve are appetizers or if you wish to include them with entrees, what time and how long the function will be etc.     
There are many variables, so we are happy to assist you with your selection, cost out a menu and offer some sample menus to suite your preferences and requirements.
Please advise what your budget is, this will really help us to assist you in your selection.
It is impossible for us to list everything our talented chefs can prepare, so if you have special requests, require certain ethnic foods or need a menu suitable for a certain theme,
just let us know.  With 20 year's experience, we should be able to accommodate you. 

COLD or ROOM TEMP. APPETIZERS:

Assorted Fresh Fruit Display.
International Cheese Display - An array of imported and domestic cheeses served with assorted crackers    add Fresh Berries - market price.

Grilled Marinated Vegetable Platter, served with Artisan Breads and Gourmet Crackers. 

Petit Croissant Sandwiches:    Turkey with cranberries, roast beef & bleu cheese, ham & mandarin orange or chicken & almond salad.  Please select two items.

Vol au Vents  - Puff pastry cups filled with your choice of chicken & almond salad, lemon-dill shrimp or artichoke & parmesan salad.  Please select two items.

Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, served on ice with our traditional cocktail sauce.

Smoked Salmon Display -  with thinly sliced cucumber, hard boiled egg, capers, lemon, red onion etc. (min order 50 guests).  
Caprese Skewers -  grape tomato & fresh baby mozzarella with fresh basil

Chilled Tenderloin of Beef Display -  trimmed tenderloin of beef, roasted to perfection and served with dijonaise sauce, caramelized onions and horseradish cream served on crostini and bread rounds.
Roasted Pork Tenderloin -  served with caramelized apples on crostini and bread .
Hummus & Pita Chips - roasted red pepper, spicy garlic or traditional.

Artichoke & Parmesan Dip -  Served with tortilla chips and assorted crackers.
Tomato-Basil Bruschetta - served with crostini and French Bread.
Country Ham & Silver Dollar Buttermilk Biscuits - with poppyseed-honey mustard.
Anti-Pasta Skewers - cheese tortellini, black pearl olives, Genoa salami with balsamic drizzle.

Shredded Beef Sliders - topped with Tzatziki Sauce. 
Buffalo Chicken Sliders - with BBQ Glaze.
Macadamia Encrusted Goat Cheese - on Crostini and drizzled with Honey.
Flatbreads - with tomato, fresh Mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze. Prepared on site.
Panini - tomato, fresh Mozzarella and Basil.

Our Gourmet Cheese Fondue- the perfect creamy blend of cheddar & pepper jack cheeses, served with asstorted crackers, cubed bread & crostini.
Baked Brie with Rapberry Glaze or Caramelized Almonds, served with French Bread & Crackers.
Coconut Shrimp (min of 50 pieces) - served with tropical salsa.
