We offer three Wedding Packages - Silver, Gold & Platinum. 

Note:  Chiasson Barnes Event Coordination can take care of your entire event.

We recommend that servers or chef, attend the buffet station at $75.00 each.
The head table, then family tables followed by guests are escorted to the buffet.
Bride and Groom may be served at their table if they prefer.


SILVER PACKAGE
(please call for special English Gardens pricing)

Minimum 50 guests - $26.85 per person plus tax & 18% service.
$36.85 per person with china and silverware.

Includes 2 servers, linens, and supervisor.  Additional servers if required $125.00 each.

Choice of two Hors d'oeuvre:

Combination Display of Fresh Fruit,  Assorted Cheeses and Veggie Sticks with Ranch Dip.

Artichoke & Parmesan Dip served with Tortilla Chips and Crackers.
Spinach and Water Chestnut Dip served with Tortilla Chips and Crackers.

Classic Bruschetta with Garlic Crostini.
Sliced Pork Tenderloin on Crostini topped with Caramelized Apple.
Seasoned Devilled Eggs.

Beef Meatballs in a Mushroom Cream Sauce or Marina Sauce.

Sausage en Croute:  Puff Pastry Rolls filled with Italian Sausage.

Choice of Gourmet House Salad with Ranch and Balsamic Viniagrette  
OR  Traditional Caesar Salad with our freshly made Croutons.

All entrees include Fresh Seasonal Vegetable Medley & choice of White Rice, Fiesta Rice,
Egg Noodles, Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes or Oven Roasted Potatoes.  

Beef Stroganoff - Prime Cuts of Beef in a rich Mushrooms,Sauce.     

Beef Bourguignon - Prime Beef braised in a Red Wine Sauce with Mushrooms, Carrots and     Tomatoes.  Pearl Onions optional.

Chicken Marsala - Pan seared Chicken Breast and Mushrooms with a Marsala Wine Sauce.

Chicken Cacciatore - with onions, peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Chicken Parmigiano - with Tomato Cream Sauce topped with Parmesan.
Lemon Chicken Breast - lightly seasoned with Fresh Sage, Parsley and Lemon.

Apple Glazed Pork Loin: - Served with an Apple Demi Glace.

Pasta Primavera -  Fresh Seasonal Vegetables with Penne Pasta in a Parmesan Cream Sauce.  
 (Add Shrimp for an additional $1.00 per person).

Champagne Toast:  $25.00
 Cake Service:  $1.00 per person.

Mimimum 50 guests. This menu is customized and priced accordingly.

Appetizer, Carving and Pasta Stations all available.  Caterer will assist in selecting the menu accordingly to the client's requirements and preferences.
